Groundwork Psychology, located in Collingwood and Hawthorn, delivers affordable psychological therapy and assessments services to clients under Private Practice, Medicare, TAC, WorkCover, EAP, Victims of Crime, NDIS and DES service delivery models.

We are seeking an energetic Practice Manager for our Hawthorn clinic to engage in networking, administrative support and high level practice management to achieve the business and strategic plans of the clinic. With a focus on excellence in client service experience and stakeholder management, the Groundwork Practice Manager will support the delivery of frontline care by a team of Psychologists. They will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic and act as a liaison with local GP clinics to ensure adequate referral pipelines. The Groundwork Practice Manager will also be responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of systems that ensure efficient and smooth delivery of service, claiming of payments and general operations.
